Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript to the Global Journal of Engineering and Technology Research (GJETR), please ensure that all requirements below are thoroughly completed. Adhering to this checklist increases your chances of a smooth review process and rapid publication in our international, high-impact journal.

Manuscript Preparation

  •  Original and Unpublished Work: The submission is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by any other journal.

  •  Formatting: Manuscript follows the official GJETR template, including structure and referencing style.

  •  Language Quality: The text is professionally written and proofread for clarity, grammar, and spelling.

  •  Title Page: Includes a concise title, full names and affiliations (with country) for all authors, and contact details for the corresponding author.

  •  Abstract and Keywords: Provides a clear abstract (≤250 words) summarizing objectives, methods, key results, and conclusions, followed by 3–6 relevant keywords.

  •  Figures and Tables: All figures and tables are embedded within the text, clearly labeled, high-quality, and appropriately referenced.

  •  References: References are accurate, recent (preferably within 5 years), and formatted per journal guidelines. At least 80% are sourced from international journals.

Ethical and Procedural Requirements

  •  Plagiarism Check: Manuscript has been screened for plagiarism and is free from any form of duplication.

  •  Conflict of Interest: All potential conflicts of interest have been disclosed.

  •  Ethical Approvals: For studies involving humans or animals, ethical approval and informed consent statements are included.

  •  Authorship: All listed authors have made significant contributions, reviewed the final manuscript, and approved its submission.

Additional Files

  •  Cover Letter: Submitted, clearly stating the significance/originality of the work and confirming that it is not under consideration elsewhere.

  •  Supplementary Material (if any): Additional data, large tables, or appendices are provided as separate files where appropriate.

  •  Copyright or License Forms: All required author signatures and completed forms are attached (as per journal’s instructions).

Final Submission Steps

  •  Submission Details: All author information and manuscript metadata (title, abstract, keywords, etc.) are entered accurately in the submission system.

  •  File Types: Manuscript file is in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx); figures/tables and supplementary files are in accepted formats.

  •  Special Issue (if applicable): Clearly indicated in the cover letter and email subject line during submission.

Before finalizing your submission, carefully verify each item above. Incomplete or non-compliant submissions may be delayed or returned for correction.
